Farsight is a marketing strategy consultancy and AI-powered business idea validation service. We help entrepreneurs and business owners assess the viability of new ventures through automated strategic analysis. References to "we," "us," or "Farsight" in this policy refer to Farsight Marketing and the operator of this service.

2. What information we collect

When you use Farsight, we collect:

  • Email address — used to verify your identity before running an analysis and to contact you about your results.
  • Business idea details — the information you enter in the validation form (idea description, target customers, competitive advantage, pricing, and progress stage).
  • Name — (optional) — if you choose to provide it.
  • IP address — used solely to enforce the daily limit of 3 free analyses per user and to prevent abuse.

3. How we use your information

  • To generate your AI-powered business analysis report.
  • To verify your email address via a one-time code (OTP).
  • To contact you about your analysis results and, with your consent, related services such as a free Discovery Call with a strategist.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of the free analysis service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Your consent

By submitting your email address and proceeding with the analysis, you consent to Farsight contacting you about your analysis results and related strategic services. You may opt out of further communications at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email you receive from us.

5. Data retention

Your submitted information and generated report are retained to allow you to access your report via its unique URL. We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purposes described above.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. To do so, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address you used when submitting your analysis. We need this to locate and delete the correct record.

7. Cookies and tracking

Farsight does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We may use minimal session-related cookies necessary for the service to function.
